As a licensed civil engineer (PE), accredited aviation executive (AAE) and a PROSCI certified change practitioner (CMP), Karen brings her passion for strategic planning directly to you to realize organizational transformation to be effective, efficient and totally amazing!  

With a master’s in civil engineering, Karen utilizes her technical skills as an engineer to work toward a common goal for her clients and the community, applying principles of project design/management, capital planning and financial programming to implement improvements for the benefit of the public. She brings years of tangible and meaningful experience in support of aviation business management, public involvement and community connection, soft skill techniques in support of human resources and a strong technical basis for engineering, planning and transportation development initiatives. 

Inspired Strategies, LLC. is a Kentucky based company providing strategic business planning and visioning services for both public and private organizations. Inspired Strategies, LLC. is a woman-owned business and is certified as a DBE firm. After nearly 30 years of successfully facilitating strategic business plans and leading, coaching, and mentoring individuals, Karen aligned her passion for strategic planning, team collaboration, and organizational transformation by launching her own business to provide these services to a wider array of clients. Karen is a member of the Association for Strategic Planning.
